When marking the deliverable be assessed against the following headings. Maximum marks for a criterion, eg 5/5, will only be awarded sparingly.

Functional Requirements (/5)

An extra category will be included in all the client assessments: Professionalism, which will be marked out of 3 in Del A. This mark reflects the client's opinion on whether the group has conducted itself in a professional manner. Professionalism has many aspects, making it hard to set out in a check list, but includes punctuality for meetings and level of preparation evident. Has the group thought through the task in hand and come with good questions, or perhaps are even able to suggest risks or functions you had not previously considered? In short, is the group credible?
