C Programming (CITS1210) - Final exam information

The final exam for the unit will be held during the UWA November examination period. Details of the examination schedule will be released by Student Administration.

  • The exam is worth 40% of your overall mark for the unit.
  • The exam will be 2 hours and 10 minutes long.
  • The format of the exam will be:
    • 10 multiple-choice questions, to be completed in black pen/pencil on the provided answer sheet.
      Each of these questions is worth 2 marks.
    • 6 short-answer coding questions, to be completed in a standard UWA examination answer book.
      Each of these questions is worth 10 marks.
  • Students should attempt ALL questions.
  • The test paper covers all material discussed in the lectures, tutorials, and laboratories.
  • Written material (books, notes, etc.) and electronic devices (calculators, computers, communication devices etc.) are NOT permitted.

The tutorial at 12noon, Wednesday 14 October will review the 2008 exam and discuss your questions about it. You will receive the best value from this tutorial if you attempt the exam questions beforehand.
