Laboratory and Tutorial Sessions:

  • The new booking website will open for lab and tutorial bookings on Tuesday 27th February
  • Tutorial sessions will commence in week 14.
  • Laboratory sessions will commence in week 14.

 

Tutorial questions will be handed out one week in advance. All students attending the tutorials must bring written work demonstrating at least a good faith attempt at the tutorial questions.

  • 2 lectures each week.
  • 1 lab session in lab 2.03 in weeks 14-16 and 18-23.

* TUTORIALS = Please note tutorials will now begin Week 14 i.e. Monday 31 March 08

 

A number of tutorial sheets will be handed out over the semester. Approximately 6 tutorial classes will be held in Room 1.24 during the semester to discuss the tutorial sheets.

Assessment

The assessment scheme for CITS3213 this year consists of 2 marked exercises throughout the semester (20%), to be advised by A/Prof A Datta (20%) and a final 2 hour examination to be held in June (60%).

tudents have to submit a portfolio of completed laboratory tasks that will carry 20% of the total marks for this unit. The laboratory tasks will be set in the second half of the semester, after the non-teaching break
